I have recently reached out to the director of "Rag Dolly in The USSR". He claims all B-Roll footage of the show was erased, as there was no B-Roll. Every shot that was shot was used, so what's in the documentary is all they have. As for videos of the production on Broadway or ESIPA, those do exist.
