Hello everyone. My name is Disappearance but you can also call me by my first name Elise. Yes I'm aware my username is spelled incorrectly but maybe I can brush it off as a pun about pears. I'm interested in Lost Media, particularly early YouTube/2000's media and late 90's media. I also take interest in missing persons cases. I don't research either of these, as I don't have the time/energy/knowledge on it, but I watch the occasional YouTube video on it. So far my favorite cases were the [[McDonald's eCrew Development Program (found McDonald's Japan Nintendo DS training game; 2010)|McDonald's employee training video game for the DS]] (which is now found) and the mostly-lost Vocaloid song by MASA, "[[Interface (partially found -MASA Works DESIGN- Vocaloid song; 2011)|Interface]]". Otherwise, I'm just normal, working a job, going to school, etc.

I'm interested in Lost Media, particularly early YouTube/2000s media and late 90's media, ESPECIALLY things like drug PSAs (like D.A.R.E or other anti-cigarette ads) and things similar to PSAs. I especially love animated ones.

I also have a lot of "morbid curiosity" about lost media, including (but not limited to) the cases of "[[Marion Perloff (lost footage of televised suicide of stenographer; 1938)]]", "[[Christine Chubbuck (partially found on-air suicide footage of television news reporter; 1974)]]", "[[Babushka Lady photos (lost photographs of John. Some more about me, I'm 16 in high school, live in the US and only speak English unfortunately. My pronouns are she/they but honestly I don't care what you call me as long as you're not rude lol.

Hello! My name is Disappearance. Yes, I'm aware my username is spelled incorrectly, but maybe I can brush it off as a pun about pears. I'm interested in Lost Media, particularly early YouTube/2000s media and late 90's media, ESPECIALLY things like drug PSAs (like D.A.R.E or other anti-cigarette ads) and things similar to PSAs. I especially love animated ones.

So far my favorite lost media cases were the McDonald's employee training video game for the DS (which is now found) and the mostly-lost Vocaloid song by MASA, "Interface".

I also have a lot of "morbid curiosity" about lost media, including (but not limited to) the cases of "Marion Perloff (lost footage of televised suicide of stenographer; 1938)", "Christine Chubbuck (partially found on-air suicide footage of television news reporter; 1974)", "Babushka Lady photos (lost photographs of John. F Kennedy assassination; existence unconfirmed; 1963)", and "Columbine Library Audio (partially lost 911 call of Colorado school shooting; 1999)". ((Please note that my morbid curiosity is just that: a general interest. I have respect for everyone involved in these awful events and don't condone things like these events to happen again.))

My pronouns are she/her/they/them.

Some of my non-lost media interests include Soul Eater, Jojo's Bizzare Adventure, Sanrio (faves are Kuromi and My Melody), Neon Genesis Evangelion, Serial Experiments Lain, and Don't Starve.
