I was able to get in contact with a guy who was involved in this movie's creation. I won't state who it was since I don't really want to have a bunch of people trying to contact him. He stated that he does have physical and digital copies of the film and it sounds like he is willing to share it. We're planning on discussing further/making arrangements tomorrow, so consider this a good sign and a good chance that this film will surface in it's entirety the next few days. - Jacob
