Further down in the comments, there's an old thread talking about how the script is on hand at a Dr Seuss collection archive but it wasn't posted due to collection access being highly restricted and only the final draft was out there. Why said final draft never got uploaded here I will never know, but in any case, here are two drafts (said final draft that has been around since March 2014) and a revised 2nd draft that was just posted on Write2Reel earlier today.
