At SIGGRAPH 2001, a shortened version of this demo is most likely shown off. In 2003, Half-Life 2 had leaked to the public by '''''Axel Gembe'''''. In this leak, several assets from '''''Get Your Free TVs''''' can be found, including textures for the gasmask citizen, and modified version of the map shown in the GameSpot screenshot. In 2004, an image is released showing multiple Gasmask Citizens running from the Strider enemy, which has killed some of the Gasmask Citizens. Also during this time, the only official image from the tech demo is published in a GameSpot article.<ref>[https://www.gamespot.com/articles/the-final-hours-of-half-life-2/1100-6112889/ The Final Hours of Half-Life 2]</ref> Some more concept art is also released in the book '''''Raising The Bar'''''
