At Shoshinkai 1994, Nintendo demonstrated their upcoming video game console, the Virtual Boy. At Shoshinkai 1994, Nintendo demonstrated their upcoming video game console, the Virtual Boy. To demonstrate its stereoscopic 3D effects, they made a brief demo featuring their most recognized character, Mario.
