This is actually one of many lost games from the app "Professor Layton Mobile R". There were also versions of the first 2 mainline games, "Professor Layton and the Curious Village" and "Professor Layton and the Diabolical box", both with all new exclusive puzzles, 3 exclusive Professor Layton games: ルーク少年のナゾブック (Young Luke's Notebook) ルーク少年のナゾブック2 (Young Luke's Notebook 2)、and チェルミー警部の事件簿 (Inspector Chelmey's Casebook), キャバ嬢っぴ (Kaba Joipi) a simulation game about becoming the producer of an up-and-coming popstar, スローンとマクヘールの謎の物語 (The Mysterious Story of Sloan and McHale) a point and click advernture game about a detective, the sequel, スローンとマクヘールの謎の物語2 (The Mysterious Story of Sloan and McHale 2), ホットロイトストーリーズ (Hot Reuters Stories) a Ni No Kuni spinoff produced with help from Studio Ghibli, LBX, a game about fighting robots, and a flip phone version of Inazuma Eleven Dash. There could be more, but this is all I could find.
