Status: Lost

Stuntpigs is an action-adventure racing game developed for the GameCube by M4 Ltd, known for making Resident Evil Gaiden for the Game Boy Advance.[1] The game would let players drive around the city to perform crazy stunts for Hollywood blockbuster movies,[2] having frantic gameplay, dark humor, and loads of destruction according to a Now Gamer article.[3] The game will also let you collect bonuses for your movie's success by the extragavant stunts you do in the game, from the stylish to the near death.[2] The game was considered by M4 their original masterpiece, quote:

"Way ahead of its time and beyond the scope of publishers to realise."[3]

Cancellation

According to one of the developers, the game was cancelled due to M4 closing down from not being able to sell original titles to publishers, quote:

“We finally threw in the towel because we couldn’t sell our original titles to publishers and that was the whole reason for starting our own business in the first place. I then got on my motorcycle and started going around the world making my little films about indigenous games. Sadly no original M4 titles made it to the shelves.[3][4]

Availability

In January 2014, users and collectors from Assembler Games discovered M4 documents from a CD talking about the game.[2]. It wasn't until a month later, when YouTube user, "Stunt Pigs" released footage of the game.

As of today, no build of the game has been dumped online. However, the game is still kept in a dormant company, according to the owner of M4, Tim Hulls.[3]
