The corporations partnered on the PSA are Cocobank, the Development Bank of the Philippines, Eastman Kodak Company (Philippines), Nestle Philippines, PLDT, San Miguel Corporation and Unilever Philippines-PRC.

Premise

The commercial, which ran for 15 seconds long in a sketch animation, begins with a red car driving on a road followed by a yellow bus and a jeepney driving on a highway. The commercial ends with a real life image of Ortigas Center with logo and graphic saying "Tax na Binabayaran, Tayo Nakikinabang". The voiceover also saying these lines:

"Maraming salamat sa inyo. Kayo ang nabigay daan para ang lahat ito'y mapakakatotoo. Ito'y galing sa tax na binabayaran inyo. Tax na binabayaran, tayo nakikinabang."

("Thank you very much to you. You are the ones who paved the way for all of this to come true. This comes from the tax you pay. We pay tax, we benefit.")

The commercial ends with a white background with a graphic saying "Avoid the Rush! Pay your Taxes early at the nearest BIR accredited bank. Deadline: April 17, 1995" and the BIR emblem, followed by the logos of Cocobank, the Development Bank of the Philippines, Eastman Kodak, Nestle, PLDT, San Miguel Corporation and Unilever Philippines-PRC which also ends the ad.

Availability

The commercial aired between March to April 1995 on ABS-CBN 2, PTV 4, ABC 5, GMA 7, RPN 9, IBC 13 and SBN WorldTV 21. The PSA was aired in place of commercials for products of the 5 participating companies taking part in the PSA on the 6 networks. On August 26, 2024, Youtuber and archivist UndustFixation found the commercial in July 2024 and premiered on August 26, 2024. [1]
