Mr Gallegher and Mr Shean is a lost 1931 Screen Song featuring Al Shean of the comedy team Gallegher and Shean.
Synopsis
For this short, Al Shean goes it alone because Gallegher had already died in 1929 . He sings their famous theme song," Mr. Gallegher and Mr Shean," and the bouncing ball allows the audience sing along too.
Notes
This film is lost and has been for years. It was thought that Jack Miller, a character actor, had performed the role of Gallegher but, according to a review on l.M.D.B. by a man who claims to own a 35mm print of the film, this is apparently not the case.
