| Teens-At-Risk Series is a VHS set of P.S.A.s made by Lucerne Media (which is know defunct outside of a few other works produced by them found here https://dcmp.org/producers/168-lucerne-media which require membership to view) during the late 1990's. Currently what is known is show is about 20 minutes and covers topics from Credit Cards to Gambling, and even "Herpes". Despite it's relative obscurity it is worth noting if only for the fact that at least one of the programs is hosted, for lack of a better word, by Alex Jones (most famous for his work as the host of Info Wars and his conspiracy theories). It is unknown of the origins of these tapes and outside of the single one located and uploaded to youtube the rest are lost.
