This one is interesting. Same theme about death (from incidents at the railway crossing) and text placement, too. Also, the announcer there says "Men(/People) have the brakes" "At railway crossings, always make sure to stop first [before going]" Yes, I think this too is the closest thing to Hitogata with all the elements of the original description somehow inside which has been found.
