Pixel Force: Head 2 Head was a PC fighting fangame, set to contain 30 different characters from 10 games. It was created by Eric Ruth, an indie developer best known for making 8-bit demakes of games like Halo, DJ Hero, and Left 4 Dead.

On February 14, 2011, a single trailer for the game was posted on the "Machinima" YouTube account. It showcased a seemingly functional game engine and even a few characters, such as Ryu (Street Fighter), Wolverine (Marvel vs. Capcom), Captain Commando (Marvel vs. Capcom), Terry Bogard (Fatal Fury/King of Fighters), Scorpion (Mortal Kombat), Orchid (Killer Instinct), Charlotte (Samurai Shodown/Spirits), and Sol Badguy (Guilty Gear). Since the trailer's release, no new information has surfaced on the game, and it isn't even listed on Eric Ruth's website.[1]

According to Eric Ruth in a private Skype chat, the game was never finished as "It was too buggy" and he "couldn't get online working properly." However, the soundtrack itself was finished.[2]
