I have that plugin, but it says that there aren't any annotations on the video. Do you know the rough timestamp the annotation was on? Maybe this is just a case of my one being buggy, as there have been cases of annotations not loading, but after refreshing the video several times, nothing came out of it. If you want, I could send you the link for the plugin, as it might work better for you. I could also comment asking about it, if that would help. (The channel's last video was uploaded 6 years ago, so the chances that they reply are incredibly slim.)
