Mitaka Forest Ghibli Museum (partially found anime short films; 2001-2018)
The Ghibli Museum (三鷹の森ジブリ美術館 Mitaka no Mori Jiburi Bijutsukan?, Mitaka Forest Ghibli Museum) is a museum showcasing the work of the Japanese animation studio Studio Ghibli. It is located in Inokashira Park in Mitaka, a western city of Tokyo, Japan. The museum combines features of a children's museum, technology museum, and a fine arts museum, and is dedicated to the art and technique of animation. Some features include a replica of the Catbus from My Neighbor Totoro (1988), a café, bookstore, rooftop garden, and a theater for exclusive short films by Studio Ghibli.
Though all these shorts are available for viewing at the Saturn Theater, most of these shorts are not available for viewing on the Internet, hence why the page was created. Out of all the shorts, Mr. Dough and the Egg Princess &' Mei and the Kittenbus are the only available Ghibli Museum short available on the Internet (albeit in camrip quality). In addition to this, the official website for the museum also contains screenshots, descriptions and the official english titles for each of the shorts.[1]
