Regarding The Pilots (I saw the pilots!)

As a fellow global television viewer, I can say that there weren't 2017 pilots of the show. I clearly remember the pilots being broadcasted in 2018 and 2019. In March 2019 the show debuted and I felt so excited seeing those pilots. The first pilot broadcast was a snippet of the episode "Daddy Robot". I don't exactly remember what it was, but it started with a bit of the intro and then it went to the scene where daddy robot (aka bandit) gets something from the fridge, and then it said something like "Premieres March something 2019". It used the typical ABC KIDS female voiceover when the intro came on, saying "Watch this bit from Bluey" or something like that. The 2016 unused pilot definitely did not go to air and I can confidently say that I never saw the 2016 pilot. Please take into consideration that I am not part of Ludo Studios or associated, because I am a humble telly-watcher.
