Old comment, but in that Facebook interview, Greg Miller claimed that they made all of Robot's dialogue before the change happened and he thought he may still own VHS workprint versions of the second season episodes with the original voice. Bobby Block confirmed he was brought in late in production to voice Robot, so he didn't usually get to record with the rest of the cast.
