Mobile Suit Gundam Wing Plamodel Series is a brand of PVC model making toys created by Japanese toy company Bandai. There is also an English version of this commercial that was aired in the Philippines in 1998 to 1999.
Premise
The commercial begins with a shot of the toy model version of Wing Gundam, then a model version of Wing Gundam Zero arrived in the command center, a toy model version of Sandrock Gundam appeared on a monitor screen, a toy model version of Gundam Deathscythe on a conveyor, a toy model of Gundam Heavy Arms taking up, a transformation of Wing Gundam toy model from a jet to a robot in Bird type to MS Type, and the commercial ends with a giant shot of Wing Gundam toy model surrounded by engineers in space, and the toy models are appeared, but the Bandai logo appears on the bottom. In English version which was aired in the Philippines, it is said to retain the background music used in the Japanese one, but it lacking the Japanese texts.
Availability
The only version of commercial available is in Japanese version, which is documented to be aired on TV Asahi, was found in September 2013. However, the English dub of the commercial is considerably to be lost. It was aired on GMA-7 during the tagalog dub of Mobile Suit Gundam Wing which is aired from 1998 to 1999 and it also serves as a major sponsor of the Philippine broadcast. UndustFixation recently found a snippet of the English dub of the commercial in September 2023.[1]
