I remember in 2014 during December right before January 1, I think? I watched snow clown for dinky and the skating episode. It was on Watch Disney Junior app. I think Disney Junior app would have like select Playhouse Disney episodes on the app for like whatever season it was (winter, spring). Perhaps someone recorded it or has some access to the files from that app, but not sure but it was the Watch Disney Junior app.
