I found some information on this.

Apparently, some sources state that the show was criticized because it got it's facts wrong. (They apparently said that baked potatoes were unhealthy, which they aren't) However, I can only find one source on this http://lostmediaarchive.wikia.com/wiki/Adventures_in_Nutrition_with_Captain_Carlos_(Found_Playhouse_Disney_Interstitial_Series) But it's highly outdated and has no refrences, so please confirm this. I will add it to the article.
