The reason 66 was not included was that they used the videos from the Russian dub, & dubbed the Japanese audio over them. Why they didn't just use the Japanese video I have no idea. The Russian episodes were also different as they included fades to black at points where there weren't originally, had the before & after ad sequences removed & removed ED2 from episodes 62-65. I'm uploading my AT-X recordings to Dailymotion, which are the original versions without any edits.
