Yeah it's episode 72 - The Knitting Craze, which in Japanese is called "Tottoko Atsutaka! Mafura Daisakusen" which basically means "The Warm Scarf Operation" or "The Warm Scarf Plan". Somehow the site for the VCD got ahold of a more literally translated English title possibly originally provided by TMS before the dubbers changed the name to the Knitting Craze.
