And this video is also just a recreation of the 2010 ad. (The "迷宮入りCM" in tittles means "Commercial that had entered the labyrinth" , which is how they called lost commercials on Japanese based forums.). And the person who upload the video also unsure about if it's really made by AC Japan or not.
