I tried to track the original author down, the author goes by K, Kyte, or yonglan, and found that 3 new homepages were set up after the first one which hosted the game (http://kyte.co/, http://yonglan.tw/f, http://eternal.blue/) , however the last time K was online on was in Sep 2019 on eternal.blue . It is possible that the author is still active on other platforms, however I have yet to confirm it.
