Owarai san Ningumi (お笑い三人組) was one of the first japanese variety shows ever made running from November 6, 1956 to March 29, 1966 for 3 "phases" with a total of 507 Episodes it centers on the three rakugo artists the Kodanshi Ichiryu Sai Sadaho and the imitation comedian 3rd generation Edoie Nekohachi, Kusunoki Toshie, Otowa Yoshiko, Kyomi Sakura, Toyoko Takechi, and Atsushi Watanabe made regular appearances this earl y japanese variety show was broadcast live and even after nhk had a 2 inch vtr it was still broadcast live up until the show's end. of the 507 episodes three episodes survived these being
