The Entire Heartbeat Catalysts been found

Along with Outback Joey, the entire collection of Heartbeat games are found and dumped online by Hidden Palace. And about PGA Tour Golf II, I didn't dump the game; I shared it because I don't want it to be lost forever after a VGHF user gave me on Discord back in 2022.

Anyway, to run those games, you need the latest "nightly builds" of Blastem as it's by far the only emulator that ever runs Heartbeat games. Additionally, the creator of Blastem I emailed him about Heartbeat got Outworld and PGA working and he probably got NHLPA also working as well, ready to be added for the database.
