(NOTE: Keep in mind that this is not related to Monoshiri Daigaku Ashita No Calendar which is from 1966) Dr. Kepel (voiced by Kazuo Kumakura), played by Guignol (finger puppet), teaches children scientific knowledge in physics, chemistry, arithmetic, geography, history, and life in general. Friendly and easy-to-understand explanations have become popular. It is a 10-minute program from 5:50 p.m. on the general (Monday ~ Friday) and is broadcast from September to the following March.
