When I looked up the title of the episode in Spanish, I was greeted to a listing for a DVD called "Pocoyo Y El Circo Espacial", and on the back of the DVD, you can see that this was one of the episodes. This means that the episode was released on DVD. However, this seems to only apply to the PAL version of the DVD.
