Existance

This thing sounds...really familiar. I think it had more than one title, because the whole concept of Black themed slasher based on Jack the Ripper is, I'm pretty sure, just based on the description something I saw or rented from Blockbuster in an age long passed. It had a kind of not found footage but basically shot on video/extremely poor film look and the stills look familiar. Like I said it's likely this had more than one title, Black the Ripper and...whatever was at Blockbuster in 1993-ish.
