The Ocean pilot is included on the Rayearth Blu-Rays from Discotek Media.

I asked the producer of those discs if he had heard of the Summit production. He said no: https://twitter.com/ashuraou/status/906016718127980544 This makes me think the Summit stuff was in regards to the pilot getting picked up.
