Part of an episode of this cartoon was on YouTube not long ago. It was a Reluctant Dragon segment; I think that it was about the Dragon being asked by a king to scare some ghosts out of a castle that the king wanted to stay in. To my recollection, the Dragon was initially terrified of the ghosts, but then he realised that he knew who the ghosts were when they were still alive, and then the ghosts left the castle for some reason.
