According to listings, the special aired on July 25th, 1981, next to Dr. Slump and Arale-chan: Huh!? Penguin Village Through the TV Jack. The special was originally called Summer Anime Matsuri Special: Arale-chan's Family Appears! Who is Queen Millennia!?.
