The two scenes from ''The Lost World'', which were on the DVD release as special features and on television broadcasts, were the boardroom scene featuring Ludlow holding a meeting to fire his uncle (John Hammond) and a scene where Roland and Ajay had a conversation that would've added more depth to them. The two ''Jurassic Park'' scenes are a quick, soundless clip of Dr. Sattler grabbing a leaf and a guerrilla-style "behind-the-scenes" shoot of one where Hammond talked about the kids' parents being divorced. These scenes can be viewed below.
==Deleted Scenes==
===Jurassic Park===
The original ''Jurassic Park'' has only three scenes shown on film, these being when Dr. Ellie Sattler grabs a leaf while driving into the park, Hammond discussing with the group why the children are in the park, and what seems to be an extended version of Muldoon and Ellie leaving towards the power shed. The rest of the known deleted scenes are seen in stills or promotional art for the film including an extended dig site sequence where Alan & Ellie embrace and kiss, The discovery of gizzard stones and the reasoning behind why the Triceratops was sick, and a slightly extended scene of Lex and Grant after the T-Rex attack.

===Jurassic Park the Lost World===
''The Lost World'' had more deleted scenes than any other in the franchise and an unused climax where the heroes would be trying to board the escape helicopter while riding motorcycles, only for Velociraptors to give chase. They would then be viciously attacked by Pteranodons before finally escaping the island. Even the ending in San Diego had multiple changes, including an extended version of the T-Rex outside the boy's window. Behind the scenes photos show that the Rex would've stuck his entire head through due to the screams of the parents. Other notable deleted scenes would show how the baby Rex broke its leg, the introduction of Roland Tembo, an extension to the San Diego dock sequence that would've better explained how the Rex killed everyone on board and what happened to Nick van Owen after leaving Site B.

===Jurassic Park III===
''Jurassic Park III'' is infamous for going through development hell, with the original script being thrown out five weeks before shooting thus leading to a hasty re-write even though all of the actors, dinosaurs, and other props were written for the previous draft. As a result, it's easy to see why it turned out to be a mess but despite this hectic filming experience, we know very little about the alternate script and deleted scenes. The most famous deleted scene was an alternate climax where during the river attack by the Spinosaurus, a group of Raptors would ambush it at the last minute and take it down killing it. The film would then seemingly end as the military finds the group on the beach, only for a group of Pteranodon to attack in a similar fashion to the previous film's alternate ending. Other minor scenes include Udesky attempting to fight off the Velociraptors before being taken down and a more bombastic action scene at the Aviary.

Jurassic Park I Deleted Scene Divorce.jpg

A still from a deleted Jurassic Park scene.

Status: Partially Found

The first three films in the Jurassic Park franchise had a number of scenes that were shortened or removed completely. Of the many reported scenes that have been cut, few have surfaced online. However, several scenes have since surfaced but are mostly stills or behind the scenes footage.

Deleted Scenes

Jurassic Park

The original Jurassic Park has only three scenes shown on film, these being when Dr.

Jurassic Park the Lost World

The Lost World had more deleted scenes than any other in the franchise and an unused climax where the heroes would be trying to board the escape helicopter while riding motorcycles, only for Velociraptors to give chase.

Jurassic Park III

Jurassic Park III is infamous for going through development hell, with the original script being thrown out five weeks before shooting thus leading to a hasty re-write even though all of the actors, dinosaurs, and other props were written for the previous draft.
