Mariah Carey is a singer/songwriter whose career has spanned three whole decades. She is most popularly known for her 5-octave vocal range, as well as hit singles "All I Want For Christmas is You", "Hero", "We Belong Together", "Fantasy" and "Always Be My Baby". On November 2nd, 1999, she released her album Rainbow, which debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200.[1] In 2000, she then embarked on a world tour to promote the album, which started on February 14th in Antwerp[2] and ended in Toronto, on April 18th.[3]

TV Special

During the Toronto concert, Mariah mentioned that the date was being filmed for a TV special.[4] However, nothing came to fruition for unknown reasons, and to this day the TV special remains unseen. Except for the statement made by Mariah, nothing is known about this special.

The special is still yet to surface, however professionally shot snippets from the concert have come out.
