Not much was known about the movie. Only about 11 minutes of video has resurfaced on YouTube. One is a 10-minute compilation of various fight scenes, and the other is a short one-minute clip. Sparkman (스파크맨) is a 1988 Korean sci-fi film directed by Kim Gyeong-sik, written by Seok-hun Yun, and staring Hyung-Rae Shim as the title character.[1]

Plot

The film details the superhero Sparkman and his friends, who must prevent an evil Baron from taking over the world.[2] It's in a very similar vein to Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Ultraman.

Availability

Not much was known about the movie. Only about 11 minutes of video has resurfaced on YouTube. One is a 10-minute compilation of various fight scenes, and the other is a short one-minute clip. However, according to the Korean Movie Database, there is supposedly a VHS release of the film in Korean.[3]
