Sparkster is a comic book series based on the Konami game franchise Rocket Knight Adventures written by Nigel Kitching. In an interview, He said that Sparkster was the easiest game to adapt into a story, due to it being similar to the Sonic the Hedgehog games.
After making the first six-part story of Sparkster: Last of the Rocket Knights, Kitching started making a sequel, but it was cancelled when Fleetway couldn't get the rights from Konami to use the character.
Apart from some pictures of the comic found on Keith Page's blog, very little information is available on it.
