Hi, I'm a private collector of lost movies (and video games), a passion started and passed down by my grampa. He started preserving alternate/edited/scrapped film reels back in the 50s thanks to his connections in the movie industry; it was an obsession of his to play these reels to my dad when he was a kid. I joined the wiki in the hopes of donating what I can to the cause. A lot of the items in my collections have either been digitally preserved by myself, or are still in good condition. Others (like on-set photos of Cannibal Holocaust) are either in legal limbo or are too damaged/sensitive to be released. In alphabetical order here's some of what I HOPE to be able to release:

Cannibal Holocaust on-set photographs (heavily damaged by water, mostly group pictures)

Cleopatra (1917) - Fragment of Octavius (good condition, but I mean literally a fragment) - This is a portion of film strip given to actor Henri De Vries' family after his passing by an unknown person. It was bought by my grandfather from a collector and makes up a 4-inch long strip with a few frames of Octavius looking down at, presumably, Cleopatra with an expression of disappointment

Duck Soup (excellent condition, copy of tape) - Donated to BFI Archives in the UK, I still own the copy from the original 35mm print

Long Walk to Forever (digital, unknown?) - Okay so this is a weird one. I bought a bunch of old films in collection circles back in 2010, looking for a complete cut of Caligula. I came across an Ebay listing saying they had copied a "lot of stuff" on DVD including Caligula so I bought it. Long Walk to Forever was among these, but I have no idea if this is cut down, a restoration or anything of the sorts. Kurt Vonnegut's estate has never replied to me, so this one is in limbo.

Lost Horizon (excellent condition, full runtime, copy of tape + digital backup) - I actually think there may have been a handful of production reels. Legend has it the first two reels were destroyed, but from what I've gathered there were as many as EIGHT production copies.

Nuts in May (great condition, 8 minutes missing, original tape + digital backup)

The She-Devil & Salomé (copy of tape + digital backup, bad condition) - Both movies starring Theda Bara AKA Cleopatra from 1917. Salomé is in especially bad condition, and I'm in talks with a preservationist about releasing a digital copy.

IF YOU HAVE ANY INFO ON THE "KAMERIA STRIP" FROM THE MOVIE "HIM" (1974) PLEASE CONTACT ME, I'll pay a lot for any info: MBArchive@protonmail.com
