Existence

I remember 20 years ago going to a place that let you play games for 30min-1hour in Mexico. I remember seeing someone play GTA vice city on a GameCube. I remember the guy driving a car and then driving it in water, drowning themselves. This was years before I even knew what GTA was but remember years later after playing it that this person was playing GTA on a GameCube.

I believe this place im Mexico didn't actually have a legal copy, they must have downloaded it off the Internet somewhere (in other words, it was a leaked copy).

As far as audio I can't remember. This person was on the second island and doesn't appear that any debug settings were on screen. There definitely must have been a GameCube game but unfortunately may have be 100% lost after all these years.
