It's been over a year and the ROM still hasn't been posted

It is not clear why the ROM was not posted, and the debug status is still unknown. Perhaps the cartridge with the game is sold at all? The news is empty, and most likely due to all these factors, it is not possible to play the game no one (except Ray Mona, of course)
