It's not on Disney+ but you can request shows you wanna see appear on there. It's a long shot since it wasn't very popular, however if Disney+ is giving you the option to request a show or movie, there's a chance that this show could be found. Granted this show was some shoddy craftsmenship, but I thought it couldn't hurt to send a request for Disney+ to add it if Disney themselves have it stored away somewhere.
