Is anyone here from Japan (Better if from Tokyo)........ Just a hunch , but The National Diet Library (NDL) of Japan may have it some where. (Since everything and anything published in Japan are required to sent a copy to there. As far as I know. Not from Japan , just remember read about NDL collection some where.)
