Page 14 and 16 contain sculptures made by this Ed D. Louie guy. Given the context, I'm sure this is the same man that supposedly directed "Him".
It mentions a woman named Valerie Brown, who photographed the art in question. She is credited in one of the ads for "Him" as well.
