I found a download.

I found a link to a working download, and I tried it on windows 10. it installed completely and launched, but it gave me an error about not being connected to the internet. I will try it on an XP computer later, and keep everyone updated. I don't know if anyone can modify the code, or set up some sort a server for this to get is working, but here is the download link if anyone wants to try it.
