Found

Most of the surviving editions are availible now on a public torrent site. I won't link it here, as I'm not sure of the policy of that here. Also, the clips in Timeshift doco that claim to be from September 1959 are actually from the 10 February 1962 edition, why they didn't actually use clips from the Sep 59 edition is lost on me.
