Im surprised no one has looked into this further. There is a piece of evidence of a sheet with mouth expressions in the Special Edition DVD of ToyStory 2 in the "designs" section of Woody's Roundup. They include Jessie's original character design (based off the first script). That design sheet includes a mouth reference sheet for Bullseye
