Here's the thing about Gordon Galbraith: last I heard, he's got Alzheimer's. He said the news studio was different, but pictures show otherwise. Now my take: why would someone build an entire replica set for a thirty second video where they will get no money or credit for it? The footage and audio is aged in a manner that would match up with any surviving video evidence. Videos have been faked countless times, but recreating a news set down to the t? That takes hundreds to thousands of dollars.
