While I don't know the history with AC Japan, if they say they weren't involved there's not much that can be done. I don't know whether they constantly deny their old or out-of-circulation stuff, whether they just don't communicate at all, whether they're a government agency that is more nefarious than helpful, if they don't have records, if they don't keep records, if they lost or destroyed records considered old or irrelevant, I don't know. In either case, if they say the weren't involved, we either believe they weren't involved or we believe they were despite their denial. Either way, we still won't get any more info out of them.

P.S. I first read Lilyana's comment when you first posted it, on my birthday. The fact that you at your age are doing exactly what I was doing at that age gives me some hope for your generation. Best birthday gift ever. Keep up the great work. We'll figure this one out.
