Seth Green lines on descriptive audio track

I actually have Mars Needs Moms on Blu-ray (I even have the 3D version) and in the descriptive audio track, the background audio track still uses the original Seth Green voice recordings rather than the redubbed audio that was in the theatrical release and the regular audio track.

Granted, you can only hear it faintly since there are people talking over it but when I compared the regular audio track to the descriptive audio track and the trailer, it still has Seth Green's voice.

It's most likely impossible to restore Seth Green's voice from it, though. And I only have the North American Blu-ray 3D version. It is on the 2D Blu-ray and the DVD version as well, though, but I'm not sure if international DVD releases have the descriptive audio track, especially since it only came out on Blu-ray in North America, Mexico and Japan, and Mexico didn't even get it in 3D.
