Ok, I know someone reliable that states that there might be more deleted scenes with MJ.
First lets address the Coffe Shop Stuff. In one of the trailers or TV spots you can see someone that looks like MJ in a shot that would be at the end of the movie. This lines up with some set photos that confirm this.
There are a lot of behind the scenes set videos online with Shailene Woodley on the Set and some set photos. But no released footage.
