While I would like to believe this, I really don't want to. Despite the fact that Brett Morgen was the director on Montage of Heck, he doesn't really own anything created by Cobain. Frances Bean Cobain owns the publicity rights to her father's name and image. Chances are that she may also own some of the unreleased (if any) music by him. I can't really guarantee this though. Maybe Courtney Love, Dave Grohl or Krist Novoselic own some of the music by Kurt
